As a woman, I am amazed that the author seems to be really self-aware about how men can be extremely self-centered when it comes to their attraction to us.
Yet he also seems to know just having that awareness doesn't make that self-centeredness go away, it can take on a totally different form, like severe self-loathing and a fetish for violating women because they still blame them for their suffering.
I kind of hope this manga is able to go all the way into deconstructing this psychology, cause all the pieces are actually there and it's been really surprising me so far, especially considering this author's doujins :/

the more I read this, the more I hate it but want to see where it goes and the themes and motifs it explores. IDk how I feel about this manga, on one hand it does a really good commentary about porn, societal expectations about sex, and the multitudes of interactions between men and women, but on the other hand, this manga is a batshit trainwreck.
I honestly think the best way to describe this manga is like a bunch a doctors doing an autopsy on someone who just died from a new and dangerous disease. Like they are fascinated and curious on how this disease works and how it affects the body and what we can learn about the human body, but what it does to the body is horrible, it is disgusting to look at.

Finally I binged this series. I had problems with first chapter, I think I've been trying to get over it once or twice. After it everything went pretty quick. And man, what a rollercoaster it was. What a cluster...what they're having right now.
Humour is top notch. How he covers his image on the projector, or how he learns doing cunni using video guide. And translator's comments on credits page are a nice addition to that.
But the best point about this work is of course the moments. Like how detailed was the pinkies' game, and how he almost cried at the end of it. Or how he almost cried when his coworker said that without him the job will be boring. Or the page depicting how he was stroking his dick. Every day. Every day. Every day.
Speaking of which, I'm kind off amazed at volume and quality of redraws the translating gentleman is doing for us. Amazed and scared. This is a dangerous man I would not work for. But in any case, big thanks to him for doing this one.
The story is still young, we still don't know where it will go, but as for now I'm joining you for the ride. Let's enjoys the adventure of these two kinda losers.
