Scanlators are people who scan and translate raw Manga straight from Japan, pretty much for free. It's pretty much a hobby and it's kinda rare for a manga of this size to have more than 1 scanlator for a specific language.

Basically 2 scanlators got into some petty beef on discord about the mediocrity of Mylene Scans and how they use Machine Translations and it kinda spilled over onto here. Fap It Scans, this guy, decided to throw his hat into the ring as a meme and to tell these guys that they're taking this shit way too seriously. Ironically, he has currently the best translation.
