I simply pointed out the hypocrisy of the readers actively slut shaming Agawa as if Shiina herself isn’t promiscuous herself. While we haven’t seen it through the lens of anyone except our protagonist, it is heavily implied that Shiina’s slut tendencies occur when she cuckolds someone which has mostly been her sister whenever she discovers a man of value to her.

She actively tried to help him get his mind off sex so he could pass his test and not get held back a year. She’s actually trying to improve his situation, whereas Agawa-san didn’t do that at all. She just left him hanging. What did she say she’d do over the summer? 'I’m going to go have sex with multiple people.' And that’s exactly what she did.

Sure, you could say, 'Oh, we only see her side, not the President’s or anyone else’s.' Maybe that’s why people are more critical of her. But from the Reader's perspective, the President has done nothing but try to help Gotou, while Agawa-san hasn’t done any of that. She took his virginity, tossed him to the wolves, and told him he needs sex friends, end of story. She never taught him how to deal with what he was going through. It was only the President who stepped in and helped him through it. So whether you agree or not, from the Reader’s point of view, the President, at this moment, is clearly more helpful than Agawa-san. That’s it.
