i kinda like it tbh.oh, so no tragic backstory? he's just a evil fuckwad because it's fun beating up the weak?
I fully hope Cross lets go of his goody-two-shoes act and actually commits to putting this one in the ground, then.
There are times when one death saves many, and he doesn't even have a complicated history worth taking into consideration.
That said, I think that's the fastest that Cross's abilities have improved mid-fight, and also the greatest increase in a given skill over the span of a fight.
He's starting to believe.
in 5-6 chapterSo now that he's made Telomea's and Rione's faces, how long until he makes Lyudmila's face?
It's a multi-chapter wank.I'm not saying that it should be like a 'one-hit-KO' instant gratification manga, it's just the pacing for these fights feels tiring since the kid's on a progression treadmill and the speed keeps going up in pace with him getting stronger.
No it's not a good fight. Getting Dragonball dragged out 10 chapters fights vibes only to almost certainly having the MC not giving the villain his just desserts because "he is nice".Pretty good fight really, the dude being an unrepentant asshole helps. Cross would've taken a chunk out of his stomach too which is nice.
We get a nice thematic wrap up too as he gets to help Sylphie overcome her anxieties about her power, develop his skills and completely dumpster a villain. The justification for the master's not resolving everything is sound too.
Pretty nice arc.
From the early chapter, he was gambling on the mountain having so many exits that they couldn't cover them all. And he'd just quietly slip away.so, what's the bandit actual idea... he got to that dungeon, and got on the watch by the 3 monsters, even if he can escape there, how long until he gets captured or does he plan to live on that dungeon forever, like for such a smart douchebag his plan doesn't sound that good.
If villain has tragic background, perhaps in the next chapter he will lose simply because of soothing words from MC, like Naruto
