The character is written in a way that justifies the revenge the author wants to portray... If all the kids repented and came clean the manga would be over like 4 chapters ago. Usually they are written as bad as the harshness of the revenge, if the revenge target is not bad enough the readers might lash out against the author.

the only one i can imagine 'repenting' is the nerdy pushover ex 'victim' but even without the ceo/politician's son threatening him i imagine his mother would prolly block it like "my son did nothing wrong" but be hilarious/amusing to watch if Sensei could manipulate her into confronting the father and kill two birds with one stone or so

I mean it really depends on what he does when she comes after him, cause he was also a victim under them as well and he should have come forward after what the others did but now we are seeing that its not just him being bullied and pressured under these kids but his home life under his mother seems fucked as well.

It does seem to be that character is written to be the sympathethic type that can be redeemed.

What he does when she comes after him is sorta based on what the author wants to happen/portray. But chacters are designed beforehand to make those things plausible... so if anyones getting that treatment then he would.
