tl;dr, it looks like Aoi's idol shop is on the.... smaller side so I'm pretty its a cost saving measure that I'm pretty sure he didn't volunteer for this situation.

People seem to have this concept of every idol company as wildly successful and profitable when most idols are "underground" and a large number are very fly-by-night affairs run on very tight budgets.

It's still a pretty sketchy situation that invites disaster, precisely because it's an idol company I'd expect them to avoid this kind of circumstances, then again it's entirely possible the company is just that reckless, small and unexperienced.

Because author-san wants the central ship to be cousin incest. Having the sister be attracted to the brother in addition will turn this into a harem manga, which it never was.

Author-san is keeping the scope under-control, which is excellent discipline for a writer.

Man the shit I've heard about the idol industry is would think the producers employers fully expected him to be sleeping with the middle school girl, just that he wouldn't get her pregnant. Like the producer sure isn't responsible letting the kid stay at his place, but I guess he isnt the pedo people had reason to assume he was a couple chapters back.

Also my god it seems the father is just garbage tier. Doesn't know or care his middle school daughter that isnt that subtle on her attraction to an adult is staying at said adults place. And also just chucks his son off on his brother after his son did the right thing and got punished for it.

But maybe the author will clear things up with that, or just make the dad a flawed character, or both in the coming chapters.
