Yeah, that's a bit excessive to me. I've always been of the mind that a punishment should fit the crime. If Aono died, things would be different, but it was a short scenario that was resolved without irreparable damage. Suspend her, expel her, put her actions on record and pay reparations to the family. That is MORE than enough for this situation. I'd even say extensive reparations is overkill given that this is a shared incident involving multiple parties. Costing a whole college fund is way too much for someone who wasn't even seriously injured. The rest is just blatantly ridiculous. These are children. This is the time in their lives where they are permitted to fuck up within reason, and everything she's done is still within reason, based on action and intent.

I'm not gonna laugh at kicking a bad dog after you've already put it in its place. That's just sadism. I will laugh at NTRman who is actually deserving of this comical treatment because he is so comically and unreasonably malicious that I can't even picture him as a real kid.

What I really like is the presence of supportive adults and teachers, which almost never happens in these stories unless the teacher is a main character themself.

The club plays with a College team if I remember, and the coach and older players NOTE alot of the shit you mention and Kondo can't STAND having his "realty" messed with! Remember in his mind "he's the best player" which is true......for HIS LEAGUE! In the big leagues he got "dreams of getting into" well as you just said! Even had things later gone his way and his life NOT ruined by his own actions LOL! He'd have gotten a TERRIFYING reality check he'd have refused to accept.

(The below I warn is beyond what I WANTED to put down, but it's more and a slight LONG Rant, so this is your WARNING)

Also this pisses him off enough to "blow steam" with Miyuki....which leads to them getting PICKED UP cause "The Goat" of the story "phoned it in" and the fool makes it worse for them both. For all his Smugness and "Sense of invincibility-untouchablity!" turns out in the face of ACTUAL PRESSURE! He breaks and shows "his truer self" in that he "abandons Miyuki and tries to run, shouting at her to RUN" when the officers were just QUESTIONING! only succeeding in getting him chased and caught and CONFIRMING they WERE doing what the Officers were called in to investigate! This ends up BADLY for Miyuki as her lies are UTTERLY exposed to her mother, she sees Kondo in a "unflattering light" as she was getting CLOSE to "giving in and dating him" as at that moment he pulled the "I like you, and I can be BETTER then your Ex" as he knows Miyuki is at the point she KNOWS everything is over with her and Eiji.....as she lies to her mother that she's STILL WITH HIM and others that "they were broken up before that incident in Chapter 1 that she knows is a LIE! And worse for her, Ms.Aono ALREADY TOLD HER MOTHER EVERYTHING! So you can assure she's PISSED as well that Miyuki NOT ONLY LIED, HURT Eiji as she DID see him as the son she never had, and worse, she did the SAME SHIT her "POS Sperm Donor" did to her mother! Even adds that Kondo LOOKS AND ACTS like the guy, so she's even more horrified that Miyuki was "so fucking EASY that a man LIKE that POS was able to easily seduce her away from Eiji!" It's worse later as she reveals the DEPTHS of how much they OWE the Aono's as her POS father left them NOTHING and she was struggling to raise Miyuki till they met the Aono's, as Ms. Aono helped her out and they became FRIENDS and Eiji helped her ESPECIALLY with Miyuki! It goes to show "just how ungrateful and full of herself MIYUKI was, taking them for GRANTED! But you saw it already! She was "shocked" Ms. Aono knew LONG before Eiji she was cheating, because she was on cloud 9, she never bother to realize THE WORLD WAS AROUND HER with how PUBLIC she was hanging around Kondo outside! Hell Ms. Aono "figured it out" BECAUSE of Eiji coming home in the state he was in on Chapter 1

This is WHY girls like her are Kondo's favorite victims! Those "Sweet innocent smart girls" as he LOVES to validate that in the face of an ELITE like him, they'll ruin their lives, and the worst part, SHE started all this THINKING she was using HIM, he was nothing but a BUCKET LIST of things she wants to look FONDLY back on after her youth passes! IF he HADN'T been planning her and Eiji fall and she "succeed" somehow! She thought she'd be that "married woman" who thought back to the "hunk that took her viriginty she lied to her husband about giving to him" often, but otherwise, just a "thought back" and nothing more.....the typical "cheater really thinks they'll do a quickie with a hotty and STOP" mindset, and only succeed in ASSURING that "married assured future" never came to passs

So she is just a useless fkn villain mindset bitch at the first place?

when Kondo went to train at a university football club, he got completely crushed by the college players, he even overheard the coach and some of them saying he’s not good enough for their team, pissed off, he called Miyuki to meet up to blow off some steam, they ended up going to a love hotel, but unexpectedly, this otaku guy who used to be Kondo’s victim back in middle school saw them going in and took photos, not only that, he also called the police since minors aren’t allowed in love hotels

turns out this otaku was once saved by Eiji, after becoming an NTR victim, he lost trust in people and kept to himself in high school, then Eiji approached him, asked about book recommendations, and they eventually became friends, even though they got separated into different classes in their second year, he later found out Eiji went through the same thing as him, and he got seriously pissed, he didn’t want someone important to him to get hurt because of Kondo, so he started following Kondo, took photos of him going into Miyuki’s house, but since that wasn’t strong enough evidence, he kept looking for a chance, and finally got proof by catching them entering the hotel, he even snapped pics when they got arrested too
