So I just paid 80c to rent chapter 28 on Hana to Yume+. A bit messed up because you only get 15 days to read it. At least on Manga Pocket it lets you buy the chapter.
But I did get 10 "hearts" to give, so I put them all on chapter 28.

It's exclusive to HtY+ now. They also adopted a new model of locking the latest chapter behind an 80c paywall which is obviously working if you read the comment above this one.

Edit: Hana to Yume+ is new and didn't start up until last month or something.
