Damn, game started wait a little for the knights leaving to be somewhat far and fireball the ones that stayed, then trap then with some net or hole type spell and throw a blizzard for good measure and you eliminated half the enemy opponents.
Why are they so dumb? Physical attacks? Really? Knights? YOU HAVE MAGIC!!!! Use it.

The reason they don't use it as much is mana capacity, remember Rozemyne's lecture on drawing shapes out of the shtappe, only her can make them all right away, all the others are bummed out with the first transformation.
Knights save mana for body enhancement and big attacks, otherwise they would be chugging mana potions nonstop, and that can be harmful, but most of them do have to replentish mana eventually anyway as the fight goes on.
You will see later in the novels why that strategy is not used as much.

Under current MD rules, you won't get banned for posting your own version of a chapter, even if there's an official translation. So long as you don't post any official releases, the only worry would be a DMCA takedown which would only affect the targeted chapters, not your account.

Do we know if this is true of the current generation of knights before this moment? Lestilaut is in his 4th year and considers Treasure Stealing Ditter as pointless before he loses to Rozemyne and Rauffen educates him on the true reason for playing ditter.

Even if it's the case for adults, it's not the case for students, as there is an entire chapter about Lestilaut getting his ass beat because he denigrates Treasure Ditter, not realizing the implications it actually has in strategizing for real world conflicts. For students, Trasure Ditter is very much an antiquated type of game, like if you asked an american to play cricket instead of baseball.

personally i always read that as that match being pointless not all Treasure ditter. especially since everyone knows that Treasure ditter is meant to simulate defense of a foundation. as for him not taking it seriously i mean obviously he wasn't planning on participating so there was no prep for him to do. then again it has been a while since i read the RA side stories so i could absolutely be wrong

myne should have probably make a cage-like or closed compartment with bars or barriers just like in police cars instead of just dumping it on the backseat considering she can manipulate Lessy interior and exterior.

that way, the beast is further hidden or protected from the enemies and a separate space inside lessy with barriers would protect myne from the beast itself should it manage to escape from its bind.

for that i genuinely think that RM would have had to actually see a squad car. which considering who she was i kinda doubt

The point was precisely that Lestilaut didn't realize Treasure Ditter is a mock battle for Fondation Stealing, and even when he learns that he doesn't find it relevant since they are living in time of peace, at which point Rauffen rightfully points to him that he thought he would never need it either until the Civil War erupted suddenly.

Just because they are too stupid to make the best use of what they have doesn't say anything about me.

But yeah, the back to back succession wars have resulted in a loss of many strategies. Speed Ditter is basically a DPS competition while Treasure Stealing Ditter is more akin to actual Feybeast hunts and warfare.

Actually it has!
We saw explosion spells before and know that "barrier" spells exists and can be given effects. Also wind spells that cut was also shown before.
The magic system in this story is way more "open" than anyone reading it here seems to want to admit never with a good reason and always defaulting to "but we didn't see that being done in the story" despise you don't needing to have something in the story for it to be possible within the rules of it.
