Unfortunately not. I initially reached out to ask if my non commerial but published translations still qualified for free use.

unfortunate. if you are looking to get yourself a complete set that include commercial use license to cover your basis in prep for whenever you might need additional font styles, you can check out hawtpixel/darrel flood on bluesky. just missed a sale period but every couple of months he re-opens a '650 font for $19' bundle sale.
many who have been making fonts for years as part of their work end up with an entire library they can sell licenses for, so you might find others doing the same bundle sales if the particuler styles you are looking for aren't available in his set. if unsure whether you need a comm license I think he's pretty good about responding to DMs too
