Seriously. Sometimes I hate these weird rules when it comes to scanlation groups. If someone can do a decent job, in a timely manner, and not get 12 chapters behind, then let them do it. No one use to complain when there was multiple group translating series like One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, etc.
