while i've taken your 'partial troll' submissions in stride, the poor audio quality in this video is where i put my foot down.

however, in my magnanimity, i will rate the song using a different video (one that's audio wasn't put through a wood chipper):

6.2/10, the singer really embodies a nine-year-old having the time of his life

Damn, it wasn't a perfect score... the poor quality audio was not intended, many years ago there was a really good audio version but you know how uncertain Youtube is...

so much great 70s-90s Japanese music out there.

7.6/10, good overall but it drags on a bit in the second half

a user of the authority of Gluttony from Re:Zero can 'eat' memories in two different ways/methods. the first is eating the memories of an individual. as expected, the individual has their memories wiped— others still remember who they were, but the person themselves cannot. the second is eating memories of an individual. no one (other than a select few affected by other/their own authorities) can remember the affected individual. the individual still remembers who they were, however. the author has stated that, if an individual has had memories of them erased via method 2, memories of major events they played a consequential role in would not be remembered differently— rather, if someone were to try very hard to remember what exactly happened in such an event, they would only be able to remember that a 'nameless individual' had played a significant role— but nothing specific about that individual.

i feel as though this song has been eaten via method 2. 6.9/10

Never trust MAL, this series is, as the title implies, about (properly) raising young girls. This is as pure and educational as any other hentai loli work (but with a cute song).
