I find it hard to believe that they didn’t think of the knight course until right now. I feel like Eleanore would’ve suggested that immediately 🤷♂️
i fw your pfpI think I said this on the last chapter, but if she ever learns about sex, he would absolutely not survive the first night. She is gonna completely squeeze him dry. 😂
Considering even Arcs, who is this absurdly devoted kind of Superhuman with all he knows and can do, didn't know about it, i'd say theres a good chance its a sort of niche insider knowledge. Also since hes supposed to be dead theres no reason for it to be mentioned in the original game... Unless some other guy also does the course and becomes a goofy sidekick or annoyance-level rival.I find it hard to believe that they didn’t think of the knight course until right now. He's a commoner. She's a noble. He knows but cannot fulfill that request.So...maybe I just don't remember, but is he just fully oblivious to the fact she's in love with him? All of his behavior this chapter points to that being the case, but I'm more than willing to admit there's likely some detail I'm just not recalling pertaining to his understanding of why she's clinging to him and wanting to not be separated.
Unless it's a case of "there's no way we could be together because muh societal caste expectations(TM)" and he's just willfully ignoring the reality of the situation (like that's going to work out for him).
But I guess the Knight Program never factored into the OG story, if he has no knowledge of it? Weird, since I'd think something like that would at least make the cut for worldbuilding purposes. I don't want to assume the author's just winging it, though, so I guess we'll see what the rationale is.
Fr, you saw the way she sat on him? Boy is fated to die but instead some tragic backstory it's just srutal beggs 😭I think I said this on the last chapter, but if she ever learns about sex, he would absolutely not survive the first night. She is gonna completely squeeze him dry. 😂
I don't really think so. He has basically been studying to be a knight his whole life, to protect himself and eleanore, and he has even been studying military strategy. I think the "I'm studying military strategy" comment was foreshadowing by the author, hinting that he won't really need a lot of preparation, or maybe that he'll excel at the exam.I feel like it is way too late in exam period for him to be asking that question. It should be a conversation that gets brought up long before she's finished her studies.
Boy must be red-green colorblind because look at those flags, my guy.
Is anyone else gonna point out that posture and stance in the last panel of page 18? Wtf is going on there
It's not that he's powerless against the celestia he copied, it's more like he's 10x more susceptible to said celestia. She probably wasn't using it full power so it was easier to do. Or something like that, it was ages since I've read the novel. Also, edit: re-read and he's supposed to be powerless to Eleonore's celestia yet he broke the restraints and put her to sleep???
Oh, he's totally qualified. The issue is more that he wasn't aware that this is a thing when it could have handily solved so much of her attachment issues and general inability to focus in lieu of flirting.I don't really think so.
