Probably for PR. Grey being around the all woman team either makes them concerned because it's Grey (the scary looking guy who wouldn't hesitate to chop off an orc's dangly bits to sell as exotic potion making material), or because it puts off potential clients who are looking for only women for whatever reason. As far as things look from the 14 completed chapters thus far, they never seem to have once had a conflict of interest as far as business was concerned.

Except the two were in a completely different party before something caused them to disband, and then she formed Valkyrie. My guess is it's related to whatever made Grey go solo

.....We read the same chapter? She's 100% a pushover. She would definitely connect with the kids but she would absolutely NOT know how to put the papa or even the kids in their place. The only one who can do that is Ariamel. That being said, she would be a great mama to the kids.

They broke up simply because of their decisions of the future.

Grey refused to become a nobles lap dog (nobles give high paying but often sketchy/f’ed up jobs) and this is also why grey is permanent B+ even tho his skills are A-S rank

Some of the old team also agreed with Grey hence the party breaking up, but the Valkyrie leader (forgot her name…) wanted to raise their rank so she formed a new team made only of women, this choice ironically kept them on the less sketchy quests from nobles.
