Again...Uh oh, someone's going to get the wrong idea...
That's just his "daddy mode"I can't write it off anymore. Gray has been looking more and more stupid since I don't know when. His hair doesn't even look like it fits on his head.
I think it's just because she seems more mature than the other kids, so when she says it sounds differentWhy would anyone who knows Gray and the kids to not treat "sleep with" as literally just sleep with?
If my guesses correctIn latina, significant part of the series is dedicated to her moving her position out from being a foster daughter until their eventual union.
In ririchiyo, we already prepped for it since chapter 1.
In Rosemary, we literally work hard with her for the whole span of the series to get the attention of the man she fancied

It could have been the PEAK of its generation! it could have been the gold standard for a family oriented manga! It could have been immortalized for all ages! BUT the author decided their fetish had to take precedence(author is a woman btw). It is and forever will remain the only time i wish the author killed their passion and vision and buried it deep beneath where the sun don't shine and instead listened to their editors cause holy fuck reading the second half blindly lead to my young brain becoming confused and lost on what i just read.It just takes one bad ending to ruin a perfectly good story, it really is quite tragic how that serie got ruined the way it did.
Yeah, it's a fair thing to note that it can be done right, even if it might seem awkward from a modern perspective, but it really needs to be handled just right to not be either creepy or feel like it's pulling a Usagi Drop 180. Makes me think of some of the disputes in the manga "Kill Blue," where similar Usagi Drop type disputes are dropping, even though the situation is being handled very differently and since there are a number of lines the series is indicating it'll go in that don't really qualify as an "Usagi Drop" ending. That being said, there are ways that both this and Kill Blue could find themselves with an Usagi Drop situation if handled incorrectly, so I do get the concerns 🤔I don't really like usagi drop ending too, but not for the same reason as the other.
But for the quite abrupt turn, there's simply not enough cushion to absorb the shock hence even i (degen who love age gap shoujo with guardian turned lover theme) recoiled.
