Spiders kinda don't sleep. They have something like sleep, where they lower their metabolic rate, but it's still quite different from what we consider sleep.
Then again a more recent study found they do show REM-like eye behaviour so the extent of the difference is up for debate. Someone's going to have to do brain scans on a spider somehow to conclusively prove one way or the other.

They can't blink (obviously, no eyelids) or move their eyes, but the structures inside can move similar to your pupil dilating and contracting. So the eyes themselves are fixed, but baby spiders' eyes are translucent and they checked those while they were in the resting state and there was movement in the parts inside.
