Dude, this is a common mistake the Japanese make. To them, they're interchangeable b/c there is no L sound. I wouldn't worry too terribly much about it (besides, Ruruna looks better than Ruluna, anyway lol)

Seems odd to call it a "mistake" on behalf of the original writer/illustrator rather than just romanisation of Japanese being a complex thing with multiple ways to transliterate a given word and an official (but easily missable) transliteration being overlooked. Looking around a bit there seems to be an official German translation that romanises her names as "Ruluna von Bettelheim".
