Uh no she explicitly is capable of charming anyone with even a HINT of goodwill towards her, its how they escape from capture here(although the Knight dude does get shot and die) and its why everyone turns on her when Anna uses her magic to dispel her charm when they head to the capital later on, It's also why they cut her tongue out after she gets captured the second time because she can't charm anyone if she can't talk

No she doesn't. She's good at riling people up and her healing is the bare minimum, unfortunately the problem lies with the king.

Silently offing her would solve a lot of problems though. She's not yet important enough to have political impact to the nobles, and they don't HAVE to parade the head around. The prince can be handed back in various states of non-permanent injury. I recommend full-body paint.

Whether you call it brainwashing or not, it was already shown that her very presence makes people eager to please and obey her, even if they know it's an idiotic course of action. It's probably the greatest weakness of this story's writing - all the crap the antagonists do has to be forgiven, due to them being under her supernatural influence.
