yep. i think the story have been mentioned especially when all the archduke candidates are gathered for an audience with the prince and to introduce each other candidates as well.

still, understandable as the story has been weaving so many details and introduced so many characters all at once that we might need a personal assistant apprentice scholar or attendant like Harmut or Cornelius 😅😅
