Do ppl really expect a resolution in 16 chapters? This is harem and it will drag on forever as long as the readership stays stable.

Actually this is not really medieval, this is more like ancient Bronze Age Greece or something - with buildings and clothing that do not fit the basic setting.

Actually the author tried to write America Isekai but seems to have abandoned it after a few web chapters. Also, for America Isekai - 1632 series is IMHO by far the best.
