Thanks for the TL , I adore this series. I stopped reading when TOOR stopped their TLs as I just couldn't get through the other TLs. This seems to be very good so I guess I have to binge all the old chapters.

Only just got around to reading the end. What an absolutely fantastic series. There wasn't really much of an overarching plot. It was more like an anthology, where each arc could basically be a oneshot. Thank you very much Kon for translating this as sharing it with everyone.

I watched the anime when it aired nearly 10 years ago and never touched the manga. Just read the manga from start to finish this week. I still really enjoyed it but it's crazy that the final arc is nearly half the entire manga.

I was excited for Cordelia to go on a rampage. I thought those close ups of her grabbing the door was her picking up some logs the smash their skulls in. I think this is actually a better outcome. Being able to protect those you care about without hurting anyone else fits her ideals alot better.

I feel like Valacirca keeps trying to end the fight with words because they genuinely believe they have a chance of losing. Even if they think it's an incredibly slim chance. It's a chance big enough to try anything to avoid actual combat.

It might be a bit of a localisation but Its fine. If it was an actual person in the story saying that line, I would agree with you but I feel like the narrator is speaking from the perspective of the current era so using those kinds of phrases is fine
