The author does it in a good way to not make Tia seem like a brainless idiot that knows nothing just that she was missing a detail that i probably hidden from people for the reason she was so sad at the end. The weapon/tool you love so much is just a polished turd :kek:

At this point i think it is a running LN /Manga gag to make the titles as long possible can. Also tells the reader exactly what they are getting.
