I was thinking her sister or Mom... That's only what I could think of. But...

If you check chapter 1 and 2 again... the chances are 85% it's her mom or sister.

Did any chapter told us something happen with the first love and sumie?

In the flashback we can infer that Nagi was 14 or 15, as she was studying for high school entrance exams [1]. From the vol 2 extras we know Yua-sensei (the tutor) was 18 at the time [2]. Manatsu is a year older than Nagi per vol 1 extras [3], so Yua-sensei is 2 or 3 years older than Manatsu.

manatsu isn't a year older than nagi, she's only two and a half months older. we can assume the story is set somewhere in those two and a half months.
