Add thumbnails to entries in Updates feed

As the title says. I think that many fellows here remember, like me, only a minimal subset of the actual titles, relying instead on the cover image.

(Not needed in the Followed feed -- if a title appears there, I know I'm interested, I'll click and discover what it was)
