That's a nice general excuse, then what about Sora and Haru in the true route (Yosuga no Sora & Haruka no Sora)? They didn't do anything you mentioned...

sorry for the late reply to this, i was busy reading the Yosuga no Sora manga and marking every time you're wrong and was quite busy irl so I got slowed down ૮ -.-ა

Anyways here is every time something in my guide shows up, spoilers for those who want to read the series yet haven't already;

Spoiler

ch.1: Intimate contact with the mesuring, and skimpy/lewd clothing with Sora being in only her underwhere during it. And creating a lewd situation witht the mesuring tape. Sora also gaslights Haru with the Sora-Nao situation being nothing. And when Nao visits, Sora forces her away from Haru, and then gaslights Haru to make him feel it's his fault.

ch.2: Sora distancses herself from Haru and refuses to explain the outburst, continuing to make Haru feel he's at fault for it for mutiple days.

ch.3: Sighlent treatment continues. Sora thretens to go home without Haru, forcing him away from the hussies and they handhold on the way home.

ch.4: First chapter with nothing from the guide (unless you want to count the cooking). Side note, half siblings are still okay to have a pure Imouto-Onee-chan relationship.

ch.5: Alone time hiking up a mountian (seems like a bad idea to me if you have a skickly body but what do I know). Sora prevents Haru from seeing Akira wet. Side note, Oji-san needs to learn his place and let his daughters have a happy Imouto-Onee-chan life.

ch.6: 2nd chapter with nothing from the guide. Not relevent to the guide but Haru clearly has romantic feelings for Sora, but is ignoring them because they're siblings, so the correcting bad behavoir part of the guide shouldn't be needed for them, unless Haru is an extreame Baka-Onii-chan. Side note, shout out for Oji-san for immeaditly realising it was a shit idea to try and seperate his daughters.

ch.7: Sora creates lewd skinship with the sunscreen rub but should of let Haru touch her breasts. Sora should have insisted Haru gets sunscreen, not for skinship, but because skin cancer is no joke! Slilent treatment after Haru is alone with another girl, and dropping it when he compliments her will connect being alone with girl thats not Sora is bad and complimenting Sora is good in Haru's subconsious.

ch.8: Imouto knows sex with outside the family is inpure. Sora's outburst and running away will create a subconsious barrier in Haru's mind when it comes to a relationship with Nao. Y'know, I never added kidnapping to my guide...

ch.9: Sora tries to gaslight Haru by putting all the blame on Nao. I haven't mentioned how Sora's actions affect Nao, but here with her whitnessing the runaway, she will also develop a metal block between her and having a relation ship with Haru.

ch.10: Everyone knows Sora loves Haru... exept for Haru. Letting your Onii-chan catch you doing lewd things (although it was unintentenel.)

ch.11: Since they've crossed the line, now its only a matter of convincing Haru that 'but we're related' is a coward excuse. 3rd time the guide is not relevent.

ch.12: Sora jumped the gun, and annouced things too soon... The sudden disaparance will continue to build the blocks in Haru's mind that going against Sora is bad.

ch.13: Suicide blackmail is an extreme way to get your Onii-chan to admit his feelings, and can have servear negitive psycological effects for the both of you, please don't do it. Also, since they're now in a relationship I will nolonger be counting chapters.

Yosuga no Sora comes from a Visual Novel and the best adaptation is on anime, the manga you've read is... lacking plus severely modified (bad) and the other one is just to crackle some jokes. You just went straight for the worst adaptation! Definitely a casual... (note: I don't mind whose alt you are).
