1. On the other hand, he now gives off psychopath vibes. He smooched her a few times, without any emotion to it, just because it works out for him (piss off Rua), and because she asked him to.
2. Personally, I felt like actual murder-attempt jumps the shark, here. I don't care how rich and powerful her family is, this isn't the shogunate. You don't just stupidly murder someone within a private business, and assume everything will work out.

1+2: The story has gotten too fantastical and silly for me at this point. If previously it was an obvious wish-fulfillment wank fest, but still somewhat grounded in reality -- it now just completely comes across as wacky fantasy BS where anything goes.
Author tried to keep upping the stakes, and it just turned the MC into a sociopath, and Rua into a murderer.
In a few chapters, it might actually turn into a Madeka Box manga, where there are actual superpowers and magic and "tropes".

He demonstrates that he has emotions; if he's anything, it's a sociopath. He may feel emotions, but he's been dragged down so badly that he doesn't know how to properly retrieve himself.

What part of "her family is multimillionaires" didn't you understand? If they can't bribe the company, then they try the police or the entire political structure of the city hall.

The MC's master seems like the type who doesn't explain why something is wrong to Rua, she just uses brute force to educate. Could this be a future moral lesson that the manga will convey?
