Not every story. There was the schizophrenia one pretty recently, and most of the one shots don't end that way either.

Well, it's kind of a misnomer that Hamita kills off the protagonists of his manga. From what I've read, he's done it only once or twice.

Not sure if the alien one counts as the protagonist is reborn, iirc.
