It would be nice if they were marked or something. For the most part I haven't encountered one that is actually funny.

It's been disappointing. All the ones I have read have no puns, or even remotely funny dialogue.

I don’t mind April fools chapters so much as some are awesome. But others make you feel terrible especially if it’s one that hasn’t updated in awhile.

But you know what would be a terrible joke. If it was a romance manga and in the new chapter suddenly there’s progress in the relationship between MC and one of their love interest. Only at the end of the chapter to have jk this would never happen. Or worse a dream.

Which is really what leaves me torn on this topic, because too many people think a "good" April Fool's joke consists of "hurr duur I'm a bloody idiot, lolrandomroflcopter", and yet if we get rid of them we likely lose the real good stuff.
