To reproduce:
1) Set "Unavailable chapters" to "Show"
2) Go to https://mangadex.org/title/3385/saikin-imouto-no-yousu-ga-chotto-okashiinda-ga/chapters/
3) Note that chapters 8-10 do not have a group listed.

Knowing which group did a chapter is useful for finding that chapter elsewhere.

I guess that's intended behavior to not promote groups that don't use MD.

5.4.7 A group that has opted out of using MangaDex to distribute their content must opt out in its entirety, including (but not limited to) linking to their website in comments and using any of our channels for recruitment.

Yeah, not entirely sure this one's a bug. In the meantime, there's a MangaUpdates link for almost every title, and unlike MangaDex it is their job to catalog every release of every manga, even by groups that don't enjoy the spirit of jolly cooperation
