I love Ranpo man. He is the true star of this manga. We are still behind the anime and can only guess afterwards. My only wish is that Ranpo and Yosano end up together. They have every reason to do so, even the backstories support the couple.

Tbh, I don't think it's cheap considering the difference between those vampires and us are their sharp fangs and red eyes. Contact lens is one hell of a good fake, I tell you.

the chapter releaase progress is intensely insane. it probably takes half a year for the manga to catch up with the anime (not the other way around, mind you), and i wouldn't be surprised if it even turned out to take more than a year for that

also, come to think of it, considering that the eyes and the fangs are the only two things that tells a vampire apart from a human in this case, i'm a bit surprised that fyodor subconsciously relied on that quite a lot. the agency could have done this to begin with — or at least exploited this design flaw — and they could have been a few steps ahead of him. hell, never mind the agency, anyone could
