Can I get a notification that a chapter of a manga on my MDlist has been added?

Hate to be a bother, new to the site, I tried looking for a search function for the forums so clearly I'm inept but I have a question. I've changed the settings in MDlist to have it only show english chapters but I want to know if it's possible to actually get a notification on my account when a manga on my MDlist gets an english chapter added to it? Currently I'm going off the last updated section but it would be really nice if there was just a notification so that at a glance I can see "O this manga has a new chapter". I think RSS feeds do this? But I'll be honest I've never ued one, not sure what it is, and have no desire to set one up. Any help is greatly appreciated even if it's a "no our site doesn't do that."

Holy crap yes, thank you very much. I had no clue it was even there, I assume because I see the word Follows and assume it's a plug for facebook, twitter, etc. But that is exactly the thing I was looking for, you're great.
