Can we have an option to make dropped manga not appear on front page or search anymore? :planned:

It's anoying to have many dropped manga appearing all the time, so it makes hard to find some things that I like among them. I already use the option to hide manga with tags that I dislike, but is not enough.
This option would greatly improve the discovery.
