To be fair, the main difference between these 3 and the overlord invaders is that these 3 unquestionably deserve their deaths for their betrayal, whereas the overlord ones were there for various reasons and you can feel a bit of sympathy for some of them.

That said if it follows the novel, he kills them all, though he let's the necromancer make jose's death the least painful, he's not nearby to deal with the other 2, the healer is literally never mentioned after showing up in the last chapter again, so the author might have literally forgot about them.

hopefully the mc's not a pathetic coward who doesn't even want to kill the ones who betrayed him or goes soft on them, otherwise, I'd have to drop this shit in which we don't even have the full satisfaction of revenge because of the mc's personality on top of the trash writing with shit logic

We've already seen the new healer, its the bald bishop looking guy we saw in one panel driving their wagon and in another shitting himself over how many spirits were around. The fact that he doesn't even have a name means he's probably already dead. Given the picture at the end of the first chapter though and how only the girl from the group had real art I'm pretty sure she's either staying around as a puppet of the elves or is being made into a vampire by Rose to serve them. The other two are almost certainly dead.

@Chaeden Where are you pulling them being bald from? When they're driving the wagon, descending into the labyrinth, and shitting their pants, they're always in a full robe+hood, only exposing their face (and you only ever see actual facial features in that one brief panel in this chap where they're shitting their pants). We've never seen anything other than that afaik, unless I missed a panel somewhere, but from the panels I'm seeing at least it seems like it could easily conceal a woman's identity.

From the fact that in all those pictures there is no hair visible aside from eyebrows even the fourth you showed where you should see any hanging hair under the hat if it was so far down to prevent seeing any bangs. I'd also doubt their being important for an extra reason of not having primary art in that first chapter when even the guys who appear to be fodder for showing off how strong the the bosses are got sketches at least.....though the priests lack of importance or sticking around for any length of time should probably be easy enough to infer from their lack of any words so far and attempting to draw them as little as possible.
On top of this at least so far any female who's shown up appears to have higher importance then males in the area, this seems like its going to be one of those stories where males aside from the lead are either bad guys or mobs. (As a degree of evidence of this, the only males to have any distinctive features so far who aren't his ex-party members are Cousin It of the church and the two executioners who are probably coming back to be defeated later as church enforcers or something.)
