i doubt that, Licht have personal vendeta against that kingdom, probably he just hate them so much that he looked at their corpse coldy since he knows how the people from that kingdom are like (backstabbing people)He looked at the corpse like that because his magic can't revive it? Also, nice to have some plot related to his skill. It wouldn't be that great without a catch
Exactly. It has been established that he can literally revive anyone and anything at any time as long as they are within the skill's effective distance. Distance it literally the only limitation of this skill.i doubt that, Licht have personal vendeta against that kingdom, probably he just hate them so much that he looked at their corpse coldy since he knows how the people from that kingdom are like (backstabbing people)
p.s : not sure why i still remember this myself, but when he revived the maou group in first chapter, he said it didn't matter if the body is decomposed or not, probably even just skeleton left, burned body/corpse is nothing compared to that
He's part of the people that chased him out of the Kingdom~He looked at the corpse like that because his magic can't revive it? Also, nice to have some plot related to his skill. It wouldn't be that great without a catch
that was a look of absolute disgust toward a human... probably recognized the clothes, maybe even someone that was part of his execution...He looked at the corpse like that because his magic can't revive it? Also, nice to have some plot related to his skill. It wouldn't be that great without a catch
I think they tried to avoid using pronouns because it's not yet clear if 'Master' is male or female. He's part of the people that chased him out of the Kingdom~
Also I nearly had stroke reading this chapter oof 😐 Master Master Master Master Master, I swear they tried squeezing that in there as often as possible
Yep, his skill is useless here.Sooo with mizuki saying that to licht something big is gunna happen soon and i reckonhis skill wont be able to activate or something, either that or it'll change due to the demon lords influence
Funnier too that wanting to get rid of the MC is what's biting them in the ass."Hey you disgusting inferiors non humans help us fight the demon lord we provoked and started shit with and who's only fighting us" - Human kingdom
"No thank you have fun with it" -Non human kingdom
English has gender neutral pronouns though. They could just use them.I think they tried to avoid using pronouns because it's not yet clear if 'Master' is male or female.
It's not elegant, but neither is having to switch them later on when it turns out you were wrong.
Maybe some restructuring sentences and using passive speech could have helped, but i don't think there's a perfect way to do it.
Are we sure it's the ONLY limitation? That turbulence the witch found within him could be a building backlash from his skill's usage, or some other limitation; he may not truly be immortal after all.Exactly. It has been established that he can literally revive anyone and anything at any time as long as they are within the skill's effective distance. Distance it literally the only limitation of this skill.
This. Hell, the person you replied to even used "they" in such a case, here, for the TLers. The only real problem is the politicalization of the term (from people on both sides of center) causing people to resist the usage it had as a uncertain gender pronoun in the singular prior to about fifty to a hundred years ago when it was just... written out of the lexicon entirely by dictionary orthographists.English has gender neutral pronouns though. They could just use them.
