I got curious to how much force it would actually take to stop Neiro, so I did some math.
I made a LOT of assumptions, and I'm not that good at math, and also since we basically have no information here, bear with me. Let's say before Neiro became 8 meters, she was an average height and weight Japanese woman, 5'2" and 117lbs. When you multiply that to match a height of 8 meters, you get 585 lbs. But Neiro is pretty well endowed in this chapter, so lets assume she had a Body Mass Index of 30, the minimum for being considered obese. The minimum weight to be considered obese by BMI at 5'2" is 164lbs. 5'2" is 1.6 meters, divided by 8 meters = 5. 164 x 5 = 820 lbs, which seems much more realistic for Neiro, but I'm certain she would actually be heavier. For now lets stick with 820 lbs.

Gotta remember that when you scale up the height, width and depth increase proportionally too. Basically doubling height means 8x volume/weight, assuming density remains the same (and in reality it'd have to increase). So 5x height is... what, 125x weight (1×1×1 becomes 5x5x5)? 164 lbs becomes 20500 lbs! Even just using the normal BMI formula - which doesn't really work for this scenario - at 8 meters tall and BMI 30 you'd weigh around 4000 pounds. Oof. So in short, that is one hefty girl and Sudoh is Superman either way!

You forgot the Square Cube law. Weight doesn't scale linearly with size, it's exponentially. If she would normally be an obese Japanese person scaled up to 8 meters she would weigh 6960Kg, or a bit over 7.7 US Tons.

An average river embarkment is ~10 meters high then flat area, which means max speed is 50km/h assuming no rolling resistance which is pretty hard to calculate. So that's like stopping a Empty Semi truck traveling at anywhere between 0-50km/h

Eh, I've seen bigger be done perfectly fine, it's just that the proportions here are all off. The shoulders are way too broad, and Neiro's jawline has completely changed shape for no reason. Obviously, the author made Neiro look extra mannish because that's the joke, but if the author were interested in doing "buff Neiro" as more than just a one-page gag, I'd suggest something more like this piece by SheepApp:

This girl's arms are actually about the same size as page 14 Neiro's relative to the size of their heads (obviously we're speaking proportionally here), but the shoulders are kept a lot more narrow, keeping the body shape a lot more feminine despite the buffness. It's a good example of how an artist could put a lot of muscle on a body type like Neiro's without making her look like a totally different person.
