it’s shown in the previous chapter. the two point of reference was the post smoke break scene and the sweet potato scene at the supermarket.

as for the sweet potato scene, it’s a no brainer, since kanade mentioned it after to aki about forgetting to buy sweet potatoes.

as for post smoke break scene, i can’t really tell what about that scene made her realize it’s him. maybe it’s scent/voice since that was also the same scene where he noticed her similarity to aki.
