Yeah, definitely dealing with a bunch of narcissists here.
If I'm given the choice between dealing with a sociopath and dealing with a narcissist, I'd take the sociopath any day of the week. Mainly because even though a narcissist may be more predictable, if you get on their bad side they will make it their personal mission in life to fuck you over as revenge. Because for a narcissist, their pride is everything, and they'll spare nothing in order to hurt the person that wounded their pride.
A sociopath, on the other hand, is the cunning calculator. They may very well decide that dealing with you is too much effort and just cut their losses. Keep in mind that sociopaths are born gamblers because they are sharp enough to know what the REAL odds and the stakes are, have a tendency for being able to read people like a book, and are not adverse to taking risks. If they know that it'll cost too much, they'll back away gracefully.

Well, all things considered he should just kill them. Yes it might be sociopathic but it is the morally correct thing to do, to just kill them. No seriously, imagine being a high level group so pathetic you take time out of your life to go smurf on low level adventures for what? Because some dude you knew a couple years ago had a worse skill than you? Is he really the only one with a worse skill? You didn't have any other smuck on a nearby village? You really gonna make your balls sweat in a fight for that reason? Bruh. Even if this is not that type of manga, the best course of action is to really just kill em, or delete a few limbs.
