Theres like a porn manga with similar premise - huge female to male ratio. Women there have tests if they are fertile/ready for sex and get special collars that basically say "can fuck me whenever you want". And dudes are prohibited from wasting semen - they can only finish in women hoohaas.

MC in it is so proficient at doing his job, it took him like half a year to preggo 80% or what was the number of his, basically only female apart him, class - teacher included - so he got moved to another class. Where he did it again - half a year and he is moved to another class cause most are preggo teacher included again. Two kinda longish chapters thus far.

Funny manga cause it had more sensible story than this one has, and there were more variety of women body styles.
