To be honest, at this point I really dislike Inuzuka, but we already know she's the one who'll get Natsume with Enomoto suffering a rejection after she openly confesses, so we just need to enjoy the trip.

The only good thing here is Inuzuka suffering a lot of damage due to her own stupidity, she's the embodiment of that meme where a guy in a bicycle inserts a stick in the front wheel, then complains about it. I like Enomoto, she's being honest as much as her Japanese background allows her, and I also like how Natsume knows Inuzuka's reaction isn't normal, he isn't stupid, but he's just ignoring it for the sake of their friendship, he even accepted he can easily fall for his friend.

I would really like Natsume ending with Enomoto 😔

This male best friend is a dying breed in romcom manga. He actually has real influence in the relationship dynamic, not only there so MC can look better by being ugly/idiot/super pervy. Actual best friend that's not total hopeless loser to boost mc's harem legitimacy portfolio.

Enomoto's the one I feel sorry for here. Poor girl's being dragged into other peoples' wars, and her emotions are being toyed with every other chapter.

She is emphatically not being "dragged" anywhere. She has an enormous amount of skin in this game -- even to the point of partnering up with a guy she loathes whose own endgame here she knows and isn't particularly fond of, just to get a foot in the door.
