So when will 108 be released?

Translation of chapter 108 will come out this weekend. There are multiple reasons for it. First, I've been busy this week. Second, there will be a break (i.e. in Chinese, chapter 108.5 or 109 or whatever the next chapter will be called will come out in February). So I'm inclined to trade one break to another and space the chapters out a bit.

And how often should we expect a translated chapter after each one is released?

Usually the translation of the most recently released Chinese chapter should come out before the next chapter in Chinese comes out.
The chapters in Chinese are scheduled to come out each Saturday. But so far only 3-5 chapters per year came out on schedule. They usually come out anywhere between Saturday - Tuesday. Sometimes the author takes a break. According to my records, chapters 73-105 came out in 2023. That makes it 33 chapters in total. Plus there were 2 extra (.5) chapters.
Which means 35 chapters per year. Which means that the chapter in Chinese comes out every 10 days on average. I think that the past year I've had a moment when there were at most 2 chapters released in Chinese that were "piled up", i.e. I didn't make translation for them.
