I don't know what's happening anymore but Ok I guess ill understand later
I understand that you need a bit of drama in every comic but does it still have to be this much in a manga that doesn't have the drama tag? I don't want this to go as Fechippuru did, and I say we cut off his back.

People saying "this arc felt useless" have never been in relationships before because sexual incompatibility is a thing couples try to get over and it does take them a while. It's often a ship sinker for most people too. I'm glad a manga is taking the steps to explore that considering most romance novels dont even talk about the main couple having sex much less being so open about it. It seemed like the logical "next boss" for the couple to tackle since they steam roll through a lot of things anyways.

Wtf, people actually disliked this arc? This is the best the manga has ever been so far...

Strongly agree, @Inpasttense. I really appreciate that about this manga.

Couldn’t say it better myself @Inpasttense

I understand people came here looking for a great time and such. Reading and laughing about our loud, heated, and passionate duo forgetting about real life and such. I’m sorry for those who came here just for that.

I thank the author for going to this route since sexual incompatibility is something that’s probably unavoidable if you have a situation like Mako and Shinichi has. Shinichi is as impulsive as it gets and really literally embodies the word “instinct” and same goes for Mako (but a lesser version of it). People who’re like that are admired but not everything goes their way if they follow instinct alone because you’re bound to run into someone that challenges that instinct. I think this could be some message to those whose pride and impulsiveness get in the way of thinking for others be it sex and/or day-to-day life.

This arc didn’t start when she found out she never came. This arc started when they got together.

Being able to realize important points in the relationship is a big plus if you ever want the relationship to last way into the future not just a casual fling or a sex buddy, I like how this manga tackles around issues that accompany the development of a relationship where misunderstandings can be something that destroys it. People say that the misunderstanding itself is stupid and over the top, probably is, since the very beginning the manga exaggerate the characters reactions and whatnot. But in a relationship? especially a developing one? You are very much insecure about a lot of things in the relationship, and when you are unsure of things you become irrational at times.

The series will probably end by the time they graduate. I like this arc .

First of all, I have seen that a lot of people were bashing this arc by saying it has unnecessary drama. Well, the the drama kind of makes sense. First, Shinichi called Mako a sex toy. They were also avoiding each other. This caused some insecurities in her mind. The conflict started not because of the fact that Shinchi was reading that book, but because of Mako's insecurities being triggered due to what was written on the book.

This was extremely unreasonable even if the reasons were caused by real problems, tje story forced those problems into greater significance than they shouldve had.

And Im sorry but even if her insecurities got triggered she needs to feel some remorse about the ridiculous way she acted, jumping to conclusions and not trusting him even after all hes done - if she really knows him she should know that he absolutely means what he says.
> clearly by the sex toy comment he meant that if she wasnt feeling good too then somethings wrong, and she should know it wasnt meant in a devaluing way but rather to express his concern. Also she should make it clear that it feels good for her too even if shes not cumming.
>>self study is absolutely not the answer, emotional connection and discussion is better
>>> and someone ought to explain her misunderstanding(s) to her so that she can apologize for flying off the handle even though he was actually blameless.
>>>>everything else aside she jumped to seperation way way way too quickly over her own insecurities. And she dragged this seperation on way too long for no reason. I get that the author wanted drama but this was unreasonable to the extreme and honestly felt out of character.
Before this arc I wouldve said their personalities wouldve lead them to never be able to seperste for long. And to power through this problem together.

>>>>> Now, even if everything is good again, Ive lost a lot of faith and enjoyment of them as an unshakeable lustful happy power couple.
This whole arc sucked and even if it "needed" to occur it was conceptualized poorly. Whole thing pisses me off.

Why cant these manga authors chill with the forced drama for half a second.

Woah a couple having relationship problems in my manga? Japan finally realizing there's more to having a couple just getting together, this is great. Glad to see they solved this hurdle.

damn, this arc was too real xP. a girl misunderstanding what the boy said, i.e. Shinichi said if she doesn't feel good then she is just a sex toy and that should not be the way. The girl was a tad bit insecure but then got a lot more insecure, she closed up instead of talking about it with the guy. the guy tried a lot of times to make up, but she refused. a really nice arc. i just wish that the author would make the apology 2-way instead of one sided from the boy. like the girl is the one who misunderstood, and i get why the boy apologized, he hurt her feelings unknowingly, but damn, the girl should bow down 90 degrees and apologize to the guy because she is the one who misunderstood and not even make the effort to understand it when the boy was constantly trying.
