Also I don't know why people are surprised she can feel it, I mean, even if the horns themselves don't have stuff inside them, they're attached to her head, and her head has feeling, duh. I mean, can't they feel when something touches their nails?

Well, you have nerves in your teeth. But yeah exactly, there isn't a single part of anyones body that I can think of that doesn't have some kind of feeling.

I don't understand when a character does this, either they do it because they don't see the other person as a person but as an "alien specimen they have to research" or it just is a reaction of someone that lacks social awareness, either way it doesn't feel like a normal human being interaction.

How can someone get aroused from having the horn touched? Its keratin, you wanst supossed to feel anything from it

Dunno if it's quite the same, but turtles have sensation in their shell enough to perfectly feel anything too. Maybe it's a bit the same here?
