It was kinda underwhelming. Especially with the memory whipe of the party.
The memory wipe has a reason to be there, but I disagree with it. It's, after all, a lesson. Sure it's a nightmare but I'm sure that the girls would think twice and have counter measures against succubus in the future, with a memory wipe it might just happen again to them somewhere else...

Kind of disappointed Dad didn't pull out some version of "I brought you into this world, and I can take you out." Though to be fair, that's probably a bit out of character for him.

Thanks for the chapter!

So does this end at chapter 10 or this continue without following the name of the story.

Even tho the drawing is low quality, but the story is very high quality.

I can feel the end is coming soon 😔
Nah, manga still going with raws at 15, going through the LN Vol.2, after that we'll see where it goes because there is only 2 LN Vol. with the WN not finishing that arc from Vol.2
So does this end at chapter 10 or this continue without following the name of the story.
There is a reason the LN changed the subtitle after the 1st arc ended, though the manga didn't lol

I dunno, I like this resolution. Maybe not how the mother just cleans up the problem with zero effort, but the heart to heart between father and son was a much-needed talk. Alka's a jerk, but at least he's willing to do his best now that the actual problem was dealt with.

Dad was as lenient as he should be.

Mom did the right thing. Wiping their memories prevents ptsd, and makes it possible for the party to make bonds that aren't affected by the emotional damage from the demon's manipulation.

It's nice to see parents who may be a little over the top in some ways, but still adult properly.

Awww, I was expecting all this fuck up is due to humans own greed, ignorance, and stupidity.
But, I guess that reflects better on the OP parents and makes more sense. It’s less that they failed at educating their son and more that their son was misled / fell to temptation by the demon (of course, the hero is not blameless for his actions).

As for the memory wipe, it’s kinda disappointing, but also makes sense in terms of group morale and motivation. If they remember everything the group might disband and/or many of the members will be too depressed to do their mission properly.

The girls would either leave, try to end themselves, or be horribly warped if not mind wiped. That I get. As for the father son convo I thought that was on point. Whole thing is they’re disappointed but want him to find his own path including his failures. Trying to force him through that accomplishes nothing… tho it seems like they’re about to continue on the course of creating a backup hero Via their apprentice
