I don't think Saya's the type to lie about Arca. But maybe she's embellishing things?

I know in the other chapter version (2.1-2.2) which is missing a few pages. A bunch of us thought she seemed like the scheming, manipulating type.
But the way they summed up the experience and her reaction after trying to say she was fine. I dont think she's lying

Sure, that could just be her lying. But the reason some thought she seemed manipulative was for the departure smile she had on. It seemed like the author was very obvious about it; so if she was lying now, I feel like we woud've seen a more obvious gesture (at least to the audience) telling us shes plotting something.

I think that initial smile/lighting effects during their departure were just how she jests with her fiance. It's just really poorly placed with very little context so it's (imo) most likely unintentionally misleading
