Fate/Extra CCC Fox Tail Unnecessary censorship.

So what's up with the censorship in recent chapters of Fate/Extra CCC Fox tail? Specifically breasts are censored even though there are no visible nipples and even with the newest chater, ch. 58, has BB's breasts completely censored even though she is wearing a dress and at most what's show is a bit of cleavage. Is this a translator's person addition or is the official work censored?
