In that post they're already grown ups, so imagine how they were in both elementary and high school (according to certain info I got, it was a pretty common occurrence where they'd swap places pretty frequently)

I always thought that Fed-kun just styled himself similarity to Dex-chan because he wanted to impersonate her, not because they were twins.

But I guess this edit based off of OreImo is even funnier now if they are siblings..
