Solid chapter! A ton happened. I’m surprised Al didn’t get stronger when she was given a name, usually that’s the case for spirits as when named, they become more tied to physical phenomena, and this usually able to affect more things. But wow she was tossed aside fairly quickly with just a thug with a knife.

I guess those guys in the alley were just thugs? No name or backstory from the organization they worked with I’m abductions.

Why was Ernett there…? Wasn’t that a different town. Also damn, Caroline isn’t even as close to acting as familiar with MC as she did previously, it’s surprising. Even when they were alone it was pretty formal.

Also, this is about to be a massive clusterfuck with the supplementary lessons AND ruling over the domain. I’m calling it now, a LOT will fall apart before it gets better.
