Someone dares be evil in his territory? The nerve!
Klaus is the only one who can be evil, so he'll take down the competition.
unironically

The kicker on the story being "THE LORD SHOWED UP AT 10% HP DRENCHED IN MONSTER BLOOD TO SAVE US!"farming in dungeon → helping a party that’s having trouble with a monster → beating monster → leaving without saying a single word (thinking party he helped would hate him) → party spreads the word that the lord is actually an amazing and kind person → MC got personal maid. absolute cinema story

thank you for translating
Based on how it’s written and what actually happens, I think it’s just a flat 50% bonus, not “per 1% HP”."Is this because I leveled up? It is more powerful than before."
Sure, level up did give you some strength.
BUT the ring DID strength you even more!
Since you lose around 90% HP, that would be 4500% stats bonus (50% stats bonus per 1% HP lose). And it didn't said that it lose effect after some time.
Which it is crazy OP item.
It'd be weird if it wasn't fire, given that it's named after an actual thing the Sun does. Ever see a picture of it with one of those fancy loops of plasma popping off the surface? Those."Prominence Burst" and it's a fire spell? MHA gonna sue your ass, author.

I think it just a self inflicted dot for flat increased damage rather than an hp-based damage increase"Is this because I leveled up? It is more powerful than before."

Fallout 4. Bloodied effect. The lower the HP, the higher the damage, the more enemies killed and each enemy that died nets you EXP.Is...there a game where you gain more exp if your HP is lower? Because that feels like it could be a fun mechanic. Zenkai-boosting player characters.
I feel like...his main problem that's ruining his bad name is that he doesn't sweat the details and sucks at listening to what people are saying.
