I dunno, man...
In this world, you see bazongas even larger than that...
I remember seeing a video on youtube about a woman getting breast implants to the point where it was almost as big as her...
I think the size was like double Z's? I don't remember. All I remember was that they were ridiculously huge, moreso than the lady duke (or more correctly, duchess).

This is quite naivee manga but I still appriciate it. I like mangas about building something not only fighting and detroying.

The thing about Aisha being completely in love with him seems a little out of nowhere.
I wonder(hope) if the WN is more detailed on that.

The thing about cash crops being used to import food in a modern setting we have is that yes, the cash crop price fluctuates a lot. If you sell at a low then very little food can be imported and usually results in a pretty bad famine.

The situation in the story here is that cotton is in demand so they are selling the cotton and importing food but now, the food importers are unable to supply them with food.
Not sure about all the details, but it does seem like the farmers were ignorant of the impending food shortage and the nobility were content to promote cash crops for tax revenue.

The period is a little weird in technological position seeing as they are very urbanized and are pre-industrial but don't have much experience dealing with food shortages (like having reserves and such); seed production is a huge part of agriculture and is one reason many countries just cannot switch to growing something else.

Basically, the world is very immature without the kind of depth of history that should be layered in a 'realistic' setting, this is why the fantasy settings are often in earlier time periods where an author does not need few thousand years of nuance has layered itself into society. Either way, it makes it awkward to me when the MC makes a 'common sense' decision and people are surprised when some of these situations should have happened a few dozen times already. xD

@Carnage: It does, but here's my two cents on it. For most pure-hearted women, falling in love with a kind-hearted man from the word "go" is not that unusual. I admit, I never read the WN, but from what I saw in the manga, the Dark Elves are kind of secluded and not much thought is given to their race or situation. Basically, they're taken for granted and they're aware of it. Enter Souma who hears of their plight from Aisha and does what is "practical and normal" here but "revolutionary and extreme" in that world and you can see why Aisha is willing to stay by his side forever.

I appreciate the realism but honestly it would have been better shown in a bottom-up story, not one where the MC enters into the head of state position off the start.

In any feudal system this would have been instant rebellion by 90%+ of the vassals. Even absolute monarchies would have a lot of legitimacy problems. The closest irl comparism I can think of is the Islamic governance model (forgot the name) but even that is a stretch since historically you need a fuck ton of existing tribal loyalty for a sovereign change.

@AbuHajaar. There is a rebellion brewing as stated before that the 3 generals(duke?) have not contacted the kingdom under the new king.

@AbuHajaar Yeah that may be true. But at the same time, those stories always take hundreds of chapters to get anywhere. Just giving the MC all of the tools for him to work with from the start is a lot more healthy for the narrative.

if anyone is reading this message, I have a recommendation for all of you if you enjoy this series. "Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami" https://mangadex.org/manga/17720/koushaku-reijou-no-tashinami. It's seems from the view or watching count, it's lesser known then most isekai in the genre. But I promise you, that it would be just as interesting as this. Nevermind the the description, give it a read, but at least give it 5-10chapters to show you how interesting it will really get. The reason I'm promoting it is so that more people are aware and to share common interests. My favorite genre has always been isekai genres, especially those that are about their world politics and the schemes of the reincarnated people. I'm sorry to those who do read it and didn't find it interesting. But this series, and the one I recommend actually have a lot in common.

@AbuHajaar during the time of the Roman Empire in the rein of the “5 Good Emperors” most of not all(fact check me)we’re adopted sons of Emperors so a scenario like in this manga won’t be completely impossible other than that this manga is solid in my opinion. Boobs and Kingdom building what could one possibly need? ?

If you want to read another severly underrated isekai kingdom building manga would be Isekai Kenkokuki

The great part about this series is the LN is translated pretty far so you can get your fix after the manga since unlike this manga it’s a rags to riches isekai so all the planning and wars is a bit away in the manga
where he reincarnationed and starts of as an orphaned/abounded child who starts a village, eventually taking over a clan then eventually a kingdom after a civil war. He eventually has 2 wives wit 5 children between them. The author is loosely basing it of the rise of the Roman Empire where he even uses Roman names for his generals and eventually founds the Empire of Romalia and himself as the head as Emperor “Julius Almus Rosyth Caesar”

@TwilightFaze
I wasn't criticizing her falling in love with him.
I was criticizing her falling in love with him seemingly off-screen.

Good so far! His magic seems too conveniently discovered which is a bit of a bothersome aspect o isekai.. "Oh by the way i can use dolls now...Even if i said I could only manipulate things near my body.. I learned it off screen its fineeee~~"

Solid regardless! Ill keep watching for this one.

Also Thanks @firefox1234 that was another good read.

@MistahMoose no problem, though I warn you the more you read the WN of Isekai Kenkokuki the more frustrated you will be that the manga is only monthly. I’ve even forgoed waiting for the translations of the WN(which is usually weekly) and read the original WN of google translate?

@gaigous it definitely is and the harem is at a perfectly level where it doesn’t dilute the story
