This ones a little bit complicated and could just be attributed to their initial meeting where he saw parts Fumi that reminded him of Sakura, which then sprouted into a weird charming effect that makes Shinobu mix up the two of them in his head. This is show by how distracted he got dealing with the movie and project and Fumi, and not focusing on Sakura enough to see the insecurities beginning to crop up in their relationship. At the end of day, for now at least Shinobu feeling's for Sakura far outweigh any sort of fascination he has towards Fumi, and author think his feelings are enough for Shinobu to keep going towards team Sakura, all we can do it strap further in, or head back to the search menu for another rom com.
Well I doubt we get a satisfying ending I really want one but I doubt we get it there are enough chapters to show what happens from here though so it's not ending a 131 at least.

This might be a hated response, but I’ll lay it out anyway.

Cheaters are forgiven all the time. There are plenty of marriages and relationships that go through infidelity, and the people involved still end up back together. That does not mean everyone has to agree with it, but it does happen.

I think Shinobu is going to fight hard to at least talk with Sakura. Whether he is successful or not is a different question. If they do get the chance to talk it out, then there are really only two paths forward: they either end things completely, which happens all the time, or they try to work through it and rebuild the relationship.

Unfortunately, Shinobu was protecting Sakura from her own weaknesses for a long time. But Sakura is an adult. If she walks a path without Shinobu, then she is going to have to grow on her own and take responsibility for herself.

I honestly think Shinobu is strong enough to move on either way, but it would still be heartbreaking at first. Anyone in his position would struggle with that.

I think a lot of people view Sakura like she is still a child, but she is an adult. At some point, she has to grow up and take responsibility for her life and her actions. The safety net will be gone and that is her decision.

The breakup via text pisses me off the most I don't know why that is what angres me the most but it dose now can he forgive Sakura yes he likely will blame himself because he always dose but that an if and I mean big if I'm sure at some point he will talk to her but I don't know if he should forgive her.

Nothing to hate, everyone's just venting and expressing themselves freely. Liked that you didn't waste time right out the gate and addressed the cheating part. The rest of your points track with I want to see happen, at the bare minimum my hopes for 131 is to see Shinobu not give up or shutdown in the next scene.

Probably cause while Sakura sent the text herself, it probably came with great encouraging from fuckboi, blonde, or both at the same time. The more dastard scenario is that blonde is the one who sent it. I think Shinobu will always find it in himself to forgive Sakura and so the bigger question is how long before the two of them will come face to face with one another. If they never do again, then the premise of the manga goes poof, making a strong indicator that we're in the final volume end game and its game over.

I mean, seriously, this is going to sound ridiculous or weird, but everything she did after she cheated bothered me more than the cheating itself. I think if she hadn't done all that, I wouldn't hate her so much.

Understandable, worth noting though that from the moment she woke up that morning she was surrounded on all sides by Team fuckboi and she probably had no real input in the overall decision making. The pacing was infuriatingly ridiculous but the logic is sound. She still believes Shinobu cheated, now she's slept with fuckboi, and probably prefers to avoid a direct confrontation with Shinobu for the foreseeable future so moving out and signing a contract with fuckboi and blondes agency makes too much sense.

Yes this is the worst part but to me that indicates that she knows she's wrong but doesn’t want to face the truth. That fits her character imo though.

Edit: well not the worst part the cheating was definitely the worst lol. But it's still really bad.

I think its wanting to avoid seeing Shinobu, but maybe somewhere she feels something is off instinctively. She witnesses the kissing scene, assumes the cheating is real because fuckboi was already planting the seeds of doubt in her (he saw Fumi and Shinobu together around the city and told Sakura about it believe) which might also be why she chose to text him first after finally seeing her own "confirmation" instead trying to let Shinobu explain himself. All of this tracks with how her character is shown to be throughout the manga.

The kiss scene incident was the final straw. Leading up to this blonde and fuckboi were already buttering up Sakura and testing the waters with how much emotional manipulation they would need to use with her (shocker, not a whole lot needed). Shinobu unfortunately fumbles, and the wrong place wrong time events following did nothing to help.

I personally despise cheaters. If I were to ever catch my girlfriend or wife cheating, to me that is unforgivable and it's over.

I actually have 2 brothers that cheated on their wife.

The first ended up working it out and are still married.

The other, they cheated on each other multiple times and eventually divorced. Neither of them got their life back together until over a decade later. They actually became friends with each other again but just friends. They both found new spouses and are very happily married and have never cheated on their current wife and husband.

My Sister went through two divorces. The first husband didnt cheat but he was a worthless pos and they divorced.

Her second husband cheated on her with my second brothers wife while they were both still married to their respective spouses. The second husband ended up destitute and found dead in his apartment a few years ago. He was a worthless human, so dont feel to bad for him.

My sister finally found the love of her life the third marriage. He is a wonderful man and she's never been happier.

I don't fundamentally understand cheaters because imo if you are willing to cheat and follow through with it. You don't care enough about your spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend.

I love my brothers but I have no respect for those parts of their lives.

I might have some stories to sell to Airi

I get that it's part of her character, but damn, I still think Shinobu shouldn't forgive her. I think that if she hadn't done what she did after chapter 129, I might actually be able to accept Sakura getting back together with Shinobu.

Wow, that was a XL bomb drop and a half. Thank you for sharing these stories. To me the intricacies between two people in a loving relationship is always going to be something that is impossible for outsiders to fully comprehend. I wouldn't say Sakura didn't care, when fuckboi left to go to the convenience store, she broke down crying in full belief that she was the one who got cheated on and that Shinobu was also going to stop being her manager (another reason why she signed with the new agency so readily). No one should respect what Sakura did, just be understanding that Shinobu might still forgive her because that's how strong his feeling for her are (or he might just give up due to an emotional fallout leave the cafe meeting depresso mode). Airi definitely can be taking notes on some of these stories fr.

Respect the take, no need to change. There was absolutely no way Sakura, being mentally frail as she is, (especially after get railed all night with little to no sleep), would've been able to think clearly and attempt to do a single thing to delay the course of events that followed in the morning after.
